Most of the models are available in different versions: other material and mix of stones. If you wish to have a similar piece in a different color, with different gemstones or glass beads, please contact me or use my Custom Design Form (coming soon)

♦ MilyGems can also do custom jewels for:

• For a birthday or the new graduates

♦ Orders:

To order one of the jewels in my collections, please use the reference number of the jewel and its name, then contact me to get its price and availability.

we will answer you by e-mail as soon as we can.

50% advance payment is required as soon as the two parties reach an agreement. So, the material can be ordered and the work can start.

Anticipate 2 to 5 weeks for custom orders to be completed and delivered.

You do not know what to choose for somebody? Gift cards are available according to your needs, please contact me so we can send them to you.

♦ Selling points:

Artist's studio: You can meet the artist and her jewels only with an appointment.

Home shows: We can organize an exhibition at your home.

♦ Rules:

For the time being, only checks or money orders payable to Mylène Bernard are accepted.

As soon as we recieve your order, we calculate the amount plus the shipping fees at the exchange rate of the country you are ordering from. THen we send it to you.

You can send your checks in Euros, Canadian dollars or US dollars. Money orders should only be in US dollars.

♦ Shipping and delivery:

Shipping fees are calculating based on the weight and destination.

As soon as your order is ready, we will ship it within the next 48 hours (excluding week-ends).

We are using UPS for shipping.

The delivery takes 1 to 2 open days for the United States, 4 to 7 open days for Canada, and more than 7 open days for other destinations.
